The Shugo was founded by RJ Sison, a serial entrepreneur with a passion for both startups and real estate.
The Story Behind The Shugo
After graduating from Virginia Tech’s Real Estate program, RJ entered the workforce as a real estate agent.
Over time, he realized he had much more fun working with the tradespeople that helped him take care of his clients.
The Shugo seeks to help as many tradespeople grow their businesses as possible.
